Continue with a scenic drive to the Skagit River Bald Eagle Interpretive Center at Howard Miller Steelhead Park in Rockport. This offers opportunities to better understand the Skagit River ecosystem with an emphasis on the winter migration of bald eagles, salmon, and the vital role each play in our envi-ronment. A guide will join us for a walk along the river to spot eagles in their natural habitat.
