If you love gardens and are ready for some blooming fun, this tour is for you! Our bus will be waiting with breakfast treats to take you to the Seattle King Street station for a sunrise European Talgo Train ride to Vancouver BC. You will hug the shores or Puget Sound and travel through the fertile Skagit farmlands. Our company bus will be waiting to whisk you away to VanDusen Gardens. This 55 Acre Oasis will filled with blooming Magnolias, Rhododendrons, Japanese Cherries, Pacific Dogwood, and Camellias, plus offers two wonderful onsite dining choices, Trillium Cafe and Shaughnessy Restaurant. Just a hop and skip away is Queen Elizabeth Park and the Bloedel Conservatory, an indoor tropical garden complete with exotic birds and Koi fish, atop the highest point of the city. Check into your hotel for an overnight stay. In the morning, we board our ferry to Vancouver Island, where more garden delights will be waiting for us to explore at Butchart Gardens. Check-in for an overnight stay in Victoria just steps from the Parliament Building and inner harbor sites. Evening and following day free to explore until afternoon check out and a light afternoon Elevenses tea Tea at the Abkhazi Garden in peak bloom. Nibble on savory Cheddar Scone, two tea sandwiches, and a selection of freshly baked treats with your choice tea selection. Board the Coho ferry for a return trip to Port Angeles at 4:00 pm and return transfers to your original departure.
